Flying Dutchman Walls is the creation of South African/Australian couple, Hendrik and Shanna Gericke. An illustrator by trade, Hendrik has been honing his art for over two decades, developing a broad range of skills, from traditional media in ink and oils to current digital methods. Shanna by contrast, is a digital producer, which enables her to handle the complexities of logistics and planning required to keep the larger operation on track.
The kick off for Flying Dutchman Walls was a bold, large scale illustration, commissioned by a South African dessert bar, which opened the door to the amazing potential Flying Dutchman Walls can become.
